Booking conditions

Below you’ll find our booking conditions. When booking accommodation, transport, activities, gift cards or other products and services that Explore Lapland provide, you will receive a booking confirmation / invoice with a unique reference number. That confirmation is your agreement with us and include products, services, dates and conditions that you have agreed with Explore Lapland.

INTRODUCTION

Guests booking accommodation, transport, activities , and other products and services offered by Explore Lapland, will receive a confirmation with a unique reference number.

That confirmation is your contract with Explore Lapland and includes the products, services, hours and conditions that you agreed with Explore Lapland. You must be at least 18 years of age to book / enter into agreements with Explore Lapland.

PAYMENT

There is no charge to make a provisional booking for 14 days. Flight tickets are non-refundable regardless of cancellation time. Within 14 days, the reservation is confirmed by payment of the total amount. About Explore Lapland not received the total amount, after 14 days the booking will be automatically canceled.

Only payment of 25% of the total count as a confirmed booking. Please note that it can take up to four days for the payment to be registered with Explore Lapland.

Explore Lapland can request a copy of the receipt of your payment if it is made ​​by bank transfer.

Always be sure to quote your unique reference number so that we can quickly deduce the right payment for the right reservation.

CANCELLATION TERMS

  • Cancellations can be made ​​free of charge up to 14 days of booking by calling the reservations department.
  • If canceled after 15 days from the booking date and up to 46 days before arrival will be charged 25% of the booking total.
  • Cancellations between 45 days and 30 days before arrival will be charged 75% of the booking total.
  • Cancellation later than 29 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the booking total.
  • Flight tickets are non-refundable regardless of cancellation time.

OTHER INFORMATION

Please note that Explore Lapland is not repayable for any transportation costs associated with the trip even those organized by Explore Lapland.

Numerous activities include rougher terrain, fire, etc.., which among other things can cause wear on the outer garments. Explore Lapland is not liable if your private clothes injury of you for participating in our activities.

All outdoor activities in Lapland is weather dependent. If we are because of extreme weather conditions forced to cancel an activity, offered an alternative activity that is adapted to the prevailing conditions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SNOWMOBILE AND / OR ATV

  • To never publish or disseminate photographs of Explore Lapland for commercial purposes without written consent from Explore Lapland and its guides .   • Upon booking flights always give the correct name. Same name on the passport / ID. Please note that Flight tickets are non-refundable regardless of cancellation time.

COMPLAINTS / DISPUTES

Errors that occur during your stay must be reported immediately. This is done primarily to Explore Lapland representative. PRIVACY POLICY (PUL)

By paying you agree that personal information may be processed by Explore Lapland AB. The purpose of this is to allow customary administration. Explore Lapland takes all necessary measures that are appropriate to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with good practice.

FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure means unusual, unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond the organizer (Explore Lapland) control, which is an obstacle to the trip can not implemented.
